Whether you need a different size or a full refund, our streamlined process ensures your experience remains as premium as our products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Harber London protective dust bags and secure them inside the original shipping box or similar sturdy packaging.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring no old labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package over to the designated courier service and retain your receipt; once received and inspected at our workshop, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
